Climate Controlled Units
Climate Controlled Units refers to the ability to keep the temperature between 90 degrees Fahrenheit in the summer and 40 degrees in the winter, with humidity below 65%. The most ideal storage facilities maintain these temperatures at all times throughout the year. Choosing climate controlled storage may prevent costly damages, such as warping, as a result of extreme temperatures and humidity. If a room is poorly ventilated, the hot or cold temperatures may easily cause damages to important and valued materials. Climate controlled also provides your stored items with added security and protection from the possibility of dust damage. Our storage units are accessed through 4 ft exterior door and 5 ft wide hallway with roll up door at the unit. Climate Controlled Units require a $15 deposit for damages and cleaning, refundable upon inspection.
